Why does Apple allow developers with lack of integrity to be part of what is offered?

I was very excited about the potential use of this app. WRONG. I purchased the in app .99 cent upgrade in order to be able to sync.
This app doesnt work as touted. I consistently get an error message when I want to play back something I have recorded. Inadvertently I schedule a timer for 7pm. I meant am. THERE IS NO WAY TO CORRECT MY ERROR. I was tempted to purchase the pro version, but no, Im deleting the app and moving on.
